Enlightenment is Evolution

I am walking around an environment surrounded by many different structures varying in size and color. Suddenly, feelings of confusion and alienation come over me.

Where am I?

Looking down upon the ground, I see black pavement and pale sidewalks. Looking around me, I see other human beings, but I don’t think they see me. Stopping now, I observe their faces.

The sounds of many feet hitting these man-made surfaces seem to grow louder the longer I stand still.

Worry, Stress, Anxiety.

I feel it now.

The energy lingers in the air, as they pass by me with their tunnel vision.

Their minds aligned to the next destination.

Their focus on the next deadline.

Their minds on an imaginary clock.

Yet their awareness; empty.

I wonder where are they going and why won’t they look into my eyes?

Analyzing the huge signs in the air, I ask myself, who are these images and words for?Why does their messages make me desire something outside of myself? I feel like I am suppose to be listening, but I can’t comprehend. Are those letters talking to me?

I close my eyes to remember the last place where everything made sense.

I smell wooden trees and fresh plants. I feel the crisp air and the bright sun rays my skin. I hear the sounds of the leaves crunching, music playing, laughter, the birds singing, and the whispering of the wind. I feel the softness of the grass and the hardness of the dirt upon my feet. I see other people and they look at me radiating with light.  I remember who I am…

We hug, we dance, we talk, we sing, we eat.

Connection. Unity. Freedom. Love.

Back to the our essential being.

Allowing ourselves just to be.

To simply live in this existence without any obligations.

I’ll never forget how the embers of that fire danced with the night sky.

Clarity. Peace. Serenity.

Where are those sensations? Where are those people? What is this place? How can this be where I call home?

Wait…

These people are the same; they just don’t know it. They don’t realize their true power. They are not aware of the loving energy radiating deep inside of them. They are distracted by social conditioning. They are filled with false judgments and complex misunderstandings. They are consumed with their egos and far away from their souls. They don’t know who they really are!

I must shine my light upon them to wake them up.

I must pour my love on them and heal them.

Enlightenment is evolution.

I am the messenger. The light worker. The peace keeper.

I have to tell them that this isn’t the way we were meant to live.

It’s time to tell them the truth…

This place wasn’t designed for us, it was designed by a select few.

Society is nothing more than a prison to keep us in debt and enslaved to a system that will never benefit us. These people trick us into believing that we need the things we see around us. Constant remainders that we must always have something bigger and better than ourselves, because we aren’t enough. We know we don’t want these things, but they persuade us any way.

Materialism and Capitalism are our biggest enemies.

They have manipulated us to believe that we must do certain things, say certain things, and be certain things. But I am here to tell you, that we must not listen to them anymore.

Turn off the television. Quit listening to the radio. Think for yourself.

The hardest part is accepting that everything you ever believed is a lie.

To finally understand that this is reality is an man-made illusion.

They may be the controlling this game, but you have the choice whether or not you want to play.

If you throw in your cards; their whole world explodes.

When we come together there will be nothing standing in our way.

We must welcome this enlightenment, unite together, and evolve as one.

Do you feel that?

Your heart is beating and they can’t feel you.

Do you hear that?

That’s your thoughts and they can’t hear you.

What are you doing?

That’s your actions and they can’t see you.

You are in control; never submit. Take back your power by remembering who you are.

Transform from Your Emotions

When you feel as if you are falling apart you should take that has a sign that you are growing. All the emotions you are feeling are proof of this process. These emotions are temporary, yet necessary for your personal journey.

For example, when you feel pain you must understand why you are feeling it by asking yourself questions and digging down deep for the answers. You have to remember that you contain the power to overcome those emotions. If you are lonely you must ask yourself why you are searching for something more than yourself. You have always been enough. You are already complete. Feeling lonely is only an illusion. We are connected with the entire universe. If you are scared you must realize that those feelings of fear do not really exist and that you are allowing your negative thoughts to influence your emotions.

Don’t be afraid to feel.

Emotions are created inside of you, therefore you have the power to control them. You must take a step back, allow yourself to go through them and fully fathom the reason for them. Ultimately, you must decide to let them go once and for all in order to create space in your life for thoughts and energy that is going to benefit you.

This process may break you down. It might tear you to pieces. You may feel as if the process will never be over. Let me tell you something, this process will always repeat itself in some way in your life. That is inevitable. That’s the bittersweet reality of how things are in this existence. You must accept that there can be no light without the dark.

But, hey isn’t it better that way? Think about it, if things went the way you wanted all the time, then you wouldn’t ever appreciate those moments of joy. You wouldn’t understand their worth. You wouldn’t even blink an eye at the good times, but by experiencing pain and grief you learn to appreciate the positive moments. Something as simple as waking up will suddenly turn into the most precious gift. You’re entire mentality will start to change once you understand that you are not meant to be the same person.

Not everything in life is black and white. It’s the gray areas that are most important. Be cautious some things are not as they appear on the surface. Also, understand that your mind will play tricks on you. You must take control and look at all aspects of life from every perspective you can imagine while driving into your emotions.

Keep in mind, that you aren’t meant to stay in your emotions for long periods of time if they are going to have a negative affect on you. Your emotions are simply tools you must use to understand yourself on a deeper, more intellectual way.

We are all fighting a battle between the good and bad, at times it isn’t going to be clear what is right or wrong. Embrace these times. We don’t make mistakes. We create experiences that give us the opportunity to grow.

You personally must burn, blow up, and explode into someone completely new everyday. You aren’t meant to remain the same, because you were designed for transformation.

Political Thoughts

Upon seeing Hillary Clinton speak about winning the democratic nomination, tears started to fall from my eyes. I was feeling rage, belittlement, and disgust mixed with faith, hope and passion. This race hasn’t been fair to say the least, and we all know that the odds were never in Bernie Sander’s favor.

I have strongly supported Senator Bernie Sanders since the beginning of this year. I believe in his message and still have faith in his campaign. He has brought the truth to the millions of people, resulting in people waking up and asking questions about what is happening in politics. We have two very unfavorable candidates leading in the race for the presidency. What a weird and exciting time to be alive, right? Seriously, I have had many different emotions towards politics. I have cried watching Bernie’s speeches and have been filled with joy at the same time. I have donated to his campaign, purchased a bumper sticker, and even made a video to show my support. I have watched countless hours of his speeches, protests, and (HONEST) news networks to learn more about what this movement is about. Obviously, we need to fix the rigged economy, corrupt criminal justice system, focus on the gap between the middle class and the top 1 percent, take action against climate change, etc. There is no need for me to continue listing the issues of this country, because we already know that we as a whole are struggling and ready for change.

I strongly believe that this is not the end for this movement. There has just been too much information exposed to millions of people. It’s not like this is a fucking episode of American Idol or something. This is the political revolution! The start of people coming together and thinking about our future. Bernie has shared his vision of the United States with the world. Think about that for a minute. Look how much one man has done for change in politics and now, literally thousands of people are doing the same. I am remaining optimistic about the world. I want to believe that the good will win the fight against evil. I have to believe that all the dark souls out there will be brought to some type of justice, if not physically then spiritually.

Change is Our Reality

download (3).jpg

I can sense that the world is changing; changing for the better. As I was growing up, I thought the world designed a certain way; a place of absolute freedom. I thought that after I was old enough; I could do whatever I wanted. I thought my parents were the only ones who had power over me. When I started learning the truth about our government, companies, and a hand-full of the conspiracies out there; my mindset shifted to a more negative outlook on life.

I spent my years in high school pretty isolated and in my head. The older I got the more I discovered and the more disgusted I became, but I’m not the only one! That’s the important part. Years and years ago, the evil people of this world could get away with everything they have done, because we didn’t have the ability to connect with one another as quickly as we do now. We have the internet now. That is HUGE! I strongly believe that Facebook in particular has helped spread knowledge about what is happening in around the world and in politics.

Many people started waking up last year when they heard Bernie Sanders speeches. The first time I heard his message I couldn’t believe that it was really happening. Finally, someone who believes in the right thing and who acknowledges the wrong-doings of those in charge. I couldn’t take him seriously for the next president, because I was afraid that those in power would never allow him to make it that far. Well, here we are on a winning streak! He has won the last 8 out of 9 primaries! This is huge! Bernie Sanders has started a movement in America, that will spread all across this world! Hope for a better world has definitely been restored in my life, as well as the lives of millions and millions of other people. We all are finally coming together, because we have uncovered the ways they want to divide us.

During the primary elections, we have discovered voter suppression and fraud, which goes to show that there is someone who doesn’t want the people to have a voice. You must ask yourself, now what reason would they have to not want to hear what we have to say? For years, we have been pretty damn oblivious to their manipulation techniques, down-right inhumane behavior, and purposefully under-educated. People are figuring out how to see the truth for themselves. People are no longer fooled by selfish lies and empty promises of the system.

We have are more aware of how they are treating people and discriminating on us, based on our sexual preference, gender, race, religion, and birth place. We are all human beings who share the Earth, which has been created for all of us, including the plants and animals. People are starting to understand just how important nature is and how we can’t survive without it. Nature has supplied everything we need for mental, emotional, physical, and spiritually abundance.

This generation in particular has decided to take a stand and fight for a new government. There are many young people getting involved in politics for the very first time. Did these people in charge really expect to get away with their unfathomable greed and power-hungry mindsets forever? It is about time that they are bought to justice. We the people of the world demand freedom and equality!

I am completely overwhelmed with excitement, because I have faith that we can take back our world. We greatly outnumbered those in charge, and that speaks for itself. The people of the world are tired of being treated as slaves to a system. We are sick of struggling for life’s necessitates.

We can bring peace, happiness, and love into the world as it was meant to be for all people!

Read my blog called, Ways To Be Apart Of The Global Revolution, for advice on how you can be involved, so that together we can change our lives for the greater good!

Remember, it really is the smallest acts that will change the world.

Ways To Be Apart of The Global Revolution!

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO BE APART OF

THE GLOBAL REVOLUTION?

  • Shop Local, Organic, Free-Trade, Sustainable, Non-GMO Foods: This change doesn’t happen overnight. Slowly, switch over by buying things here and there from local markets, stores, and farmers. This change will benefit your overall health, environment, and increase a demand in this industry for the betterment of our economy. Research Monsanto and understand the seriousness of what they have done and what they hope to do. Evil bastards.
  • Stick to “Family-Owned” Businesses: Cut back  on purchases from places such as Walmart, Kroger, Target, etc. This one is definitely tough, but if we turn our backs on these companies, then they don’t have power over us. You will feel better paying for something someone made with love instead of a factory. We have to change our views on the products we purchase. We are fighting a battle against corporate greed, so the less money they take from us, the better off we will be!
  • Pick up Trash Around Your Neighborhood & Environment: Start carrying around bags and gloves with you in your car, on your bike, etc. Be more aware of your surroundings and start picking up the mess we are all responsible for. The cleaner the environment; the healthier we can be; the more likely more people around you will not litter. It is the smallest things that matter the most!
  • Educate Yourself: Make this a goal and a life requirement! Knowledge is power! “The first step to wisdom is realizing you don’t know anything!” Start reading books, magazines, articles, documentaries, and opening your mind to any information you become interested it. Don’t limit yourself, there is no such thing as knowing too much! Challenge yourself to break free from your “comfort zone”. For example, listen to a different style of music, go to a workshop, attend a yoga class, etc.
  • Share The Knowledge: This goes hand in hand with educating yourself. Challenge yourself to reach out to those close to you in your life. It is a great feeling to teach someone something foreign to them. Once you start learning; you will understand why it is important for us all and why we have to share information with one another. You will also sense a new feeling of freedom, wisdom, and possibility. Be sure to share any important news you discover via social media, because this revolution will not be televised!
  • Register to Vote! Get Involved In Politics: This one is tricky, because many people don’t want to get involved with anything that the government is doing. At least attempt to give politics a chance, because you will discover that politics is very critical to all of our lives. We the people want to be able to have a say on what is going on in our country. Let your voice be heard! Voting is huge! It is so important, because all around the world people are making it harder and harder for people to vote by participating in “voter suppression”.
  • Avoid Working For Corporate: If possible, choose a family-owned company. This is not going to be possible for every person reading this for many different reasons. At least do some research on the company that you are employed by and see what they are involved in, how they treat their affairs, other employees, spend their money, etc. You have the choice if you want to stay with them, or choose a company with the same morals as you. Choosing a local business helps promote small businesses and that’s exactly what we need, in order to conquer the corporate world. Remember, your happiness is essential to living a healthy life. Money can’t buy happiness.
  • Discover Your Faith: Do some thinking about the universe/GOD. Ask yourself questions about where you came from, why the world is the way it is, what can you do about it,etc. Start looking inside yourself and understanding that you are not the voice inside your head, your thoughts or emotions. You are something far greater. In my personal view, we are spiritual entities having a human experience. Make it a personal task to explore different walks of faith, belief systems, and unique perspectives.
  • Start Having Conversations With Strangers: Next time, you out at the grocery store, farmer’s market, hiking trail, at work, etc; be sure to spark up a conversation with someone. You never know what the conversation between you two may be. Potentially, you could learn something new, make a new friend or connection. Just be social and opportunities will start to pop up in your life!
  • Create Communities: Become more involved in community service, grass-root organizations, march in peaceful protests, attend city meetings and/or court hearings. Introduce yourself to your neighbors and try to help anyone you see struggling on the streets. We are all in this life together as one. We owe it to one another to lend a helping hand, share compassion and have open-mind to all people. Get involved in activism, rallies, marches, and speeches! We have to take action against the government, corporations, and big money!
  • Experience The Outdoors: Nature is known to help relieve stress, expend your consciousness, and help people appreciate the true beauty of the world. You owe it to yourself to take foot outside. The more time you spend outdoors, the more comfort you will feel. Nature is our home. I personally always feel more connected to the universe when I am observing nature. It is truly limitless when it comes to things you could do outside. Get creative, start thinking, and embrace this amazing planet!
  • Take Responsibility for Your Well-Being: You have to take care of yourself before you can help change the world. Here are a few tips I have that may guide you on your journey. Physically, you may want to get involved in exercise, group fitness classes, hiking, etc. Change your diet. Ditch modern medicine and research holistic alternative medicine such as Ayurveda. Emotionally & Mentally: You may want to go see a therapist if you have been struggling for years. Try writing out how you feel. Reading self-improvement books. Financially: Create a budget. Minimize spending. Quit buying unnecessary things. Make more thought-out purchases. Spiritually: Start reading about different religions, go out in nature, meditate, do yoga, practice mindfulness.

I am sure I could continue to list millions and millions of positive ways to get involved in this global revolution. It is apparent that the way of the world is shifting into a more positive direction, especially here in the United States. We have millions of people all around the world standing up to their governments for equality. People are waking up and realizing what really matters in life. This is quite the bittersweet generation to be alive in. Take complete advantage of it and decide to be apart of the change. You can develop your own ways to be apart of the global revolution. That is the wonderful thing about this revolution; we the people are reclaiming our freedom, our planet, and our lives.

This is just the beginning of our global revolution 😀

Here is a photo from Iceland. They have taken back their country, which has set a huge example for Americans.

Here’s a photo from last night’s rally in Washington Park. There was estimated over 50k people there for a Bernie Sander’s rally. I will be writing more about this in another blog.

Unemployed Feels

*Like the picture in the top of this canyon, life can be complex to look at when you don’t know what you are looking at or looking for. When you are wandering about in life with no idea what direction you want to go in. Your options can blend together, like the different colors of the minerals on the rock’s surface.*

20160315_142227

Well, I knew this day would surely come again, but not now. I didn’t anticipate to quit my job two days ago. I just didn’t expect this change and I am not sure what direction to go in next.  I am holding on to hope that this is what is meant to be and  really trust that this is what is suppose to be happening in this moment. I have a tendency to worry and overthink every thing that happens in my life. I have to sit around and analyze it for hours and I am just not wanting to do that this time around. I have my bills paid for this month. I am entitled to taking some days to recharge, brainstorm, and take it easy. I think I deserve that much, because I have been struggling emotionally, physically, and mentally. Just feeling very worn out about half the time.  I am also single, record breaking, going on 8 months now.  But, that doesn’t mean I haven’t tried dating. I can’t seem to find a guy who wants to stick around and actually create something real together. Dating is confusing and right now that is something I don’t need. A relationship is the least of my worries, because I can’t even be happy on my own some days, but when I get down it does sound nice to have that person to vent to again.

Anyway, I want to go on a quick rant about society and the workforce.

I have determined that I don’t really want to be apart of society’s corporate greed which means really trying to find a company who isn’t apart of the system. I really want to work somewhere local, authentic and for a company that shares the same moral values as me. I may make less money, but maybe that is what needs to happen right now. I am not sure if I want to continue in the food and beverage industry, like I need a break.

Society wants to make it out like a bad thing if you are not working, but sometimes people need a break, because not everybody handles stress the same. Not every body experiences the same hardships whether they are mental, physical, or emotional problems. I am fortunate to still be at home and not forced to get in debt with all the bills I don’t feel I need. I am completely okay living at home. I am guilty of allowing what other people may think about me really bother me. I assume people are going to judge me a certain way and it’s tough to ignore those thoughts at times.

Soon enough, I will certainly figure out what direction I need to take in order for me to be happy, make money, and accomplish my goals. For now, I am taking some time to clear my mind.

Overloaded with Life! :D

For the past couple of months, I have been overloaded with tons of thoughts, ideas, and emotions. I am torn between many different paths in my life at the moment. I am trying to accomplish all of my goals. It is very tough to balance all of my interests and what I would like to do at any given time. I have huge goals involving writing, reading, cooking, fitness, travel, and obtaining new interests all the time. I want to start making jewelry, homemade soaps/lotions/etc, maybe even do some candles, oatmeal mixes (other fitness related foods I could sell). I would love to become self-sufficient and not need to actually work all the time. My creativity is through the roof and it is hard to focus on one thing. I am trying to sort through all of these things and still live my life in “society”.  Yet, where I am happiest and free is in nature. What a struggle, especially living in Nashville, TN which is growing by the minute, literally!

I am also diving into spirituality pretty hard and constantly learning new perspectives about the universe and myself. I am healing my emotional pain from the past, while growing stronger everyday and creating new relationships. So, yeah between social situations, alone time, work, and doing the basics. I find myself struggling to find the time to get everything done that I would like. Trust me, this blog isn’t me complaining, just venting this out, so I can discover which path to focus on at the moment. I figured I would write a little bit about it and see where my mind goes. Tons of blog posts are in progress either mentally, or in drafts on this site.

I strongly want to see this blog turn into something amazing and profitable one day. I know that if I put my concentration into the right sources, all of my goals and dreams stand a chance to come to life.

Whoa, I feel exhausted, but at the same time fully alive. I mean, what more could I ask for? I am never bored, without something to do, or someone to talk to. My life is grand actually, but I have to start focusing on ONE thing at a time, instead of allowing all of this to swirl around in my mind, resulting in me freezing up and doing nothing but staring into blank space…

This is a picture of how I feel. My hand open for whatever the universe decides to throw at me!

“In the midst of my chaos, I found an ounce of clarity!”
